Most people treat content like a to-do list. Post today. Post tomorrow. Keep going until something works.

That's not a framework. That's hope with a schedule.

Content works when it's built around something — a clear audience, a clear offer, a clear reason for someone to stop scrolling and pay attention. This page gives you the structure. You fill it in once. You use it every time you sit down to create.

PART 1 — Your Content Foundation

Before you write a single caption, answer these. If you can't answer them quickly, go back to Brand Foundation first. The answers live there.

Who you're talking to

One person. Not a demographic. A real situation. Write it here.

Example: Someone ten years into a career, carrying real responsibility at work, who wants to build something of their own — but doesn't know where to start and doesn't have time to figure it out slowly.

What you want them to do

Every piece of content should move someone toward one action. What is yours right now?

Example: Follow me. Join my list. Buy The Operating Kit. Book a call.

What you stand for

Three things your content keeps coming back to. Not topics — positions. Something you actually believe.

Example: Systems beat hustle. AI is a tool, not a replacement. You don't need a big audience to make real money.

PART 2 — Your Content Pillars

Pillars are the categories your content lives in. Pick three. Every post you write maps to one of them. This is what creates consistency without repetition.

Pillar 1 — Your Expertise

What do you know that your audience needs? This is the content that builds authority. Teach something specific. Share a framework. Break down how something actually works.

This is not: vague advice, general motivation, things everyone already knows.

This is: the specific thing you do differently, the system you actually use, the mistake you made and what you learned.

Pillar 2 — Your Audience's Problem

What keeps them up at night? What have they already tried that didn't work? Content that names the problem out loud is content that gets shared.

This is not: generic pain points, broad struggles, things that could apply to anyone.

This is: the specific frustration your specific person feels, in the exact words they'd use to describe it.

Pillar 3 — Your Story

Why you. Why now. What you're building and why it matters. People don't just buy products — they buy into people. This pillar is where trust gets built.

This is not: oversharing, performing vulnerability, inspirational arcs that go nowhere.

This is: specific moments, real decisions, what you actually believe about the work you're doing.
